Can you turn a single sheet of paper into Urban Origami?
Experiment with paper to create your own sculpture.
Take inspiration from the 'paper cuts' of artist Simon Woolham and your surroundings.
Look closely at textures, patterns, shapes, lines, angles, contrast and spaces.
What effect can you create just with a single sheet of paper, using your hands or with an everyday object like a key?
Find a location for your Urban Origami, think about where you position your artwork, inside or out? How does it relate to its environment?
Take a photo and email to the archive at urbanorigami@hotmail.co.uk
Your artwork will then be uploaded onto the Urban Origami blog!
Urban Origami was originally supported by Kettle's Yard, Ruskin Gallery, Wysing Arts Centre, Cambridge and Enquire (about learning in Galleries).
